Two weeks post op and my eyes are still puffy and uneven. Is this normal or did something go wrong?

Please tell me this settles. Upper and lower blepharoplasty two weeks ago tomorrow. The stitches came out at day six and that bit was fine, but I look nothing like the neat "rested" result I was picturing.
